Verifying coverage is the responsibility of the patient. Please call your insurance company to confirm coverage and terms and ask them the following questions:

• Is Sonia Nikolova, ARNP a preferred provider who is "in network"?

• How many sessions am I allowed per year?

• Do I have a deductible (amount you have to pay out of pocket before coverage starts)?

• What is my co-pay for each session?

Please be aware that services at Peace of Mind Mental Health be will be considered "out of network" with any other insurance company. However, I can provide you with an invoice you can submit to your insurance company.

Cash or checks is preferred, but Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are also accepted via Square in office.

No sliding scale fee payment is accepted. However, a discount is available for cash only clients. Please call 206.659.5764 if interested.
